At the end of the first cycle, I managed to lose a total of 7.6 pounds. It was not the 9 pounds as claimed but that was good enough when I didn’t have to do anything much. I was glad with the results achieved and was realy to dive into enjoying my 3 days break from the diet.

After the 11 days of diet, you will get 3 days break where you will be able to eat whatever you want and this was a great news for me. I enjoyed my three days break and checked if I put back the weight.

Second Cycle of the Weight Loss 4 Idiot Diet

I was so much more prepared for the second cycle. I generated another diet list online, printed it and started on the second cycle of my diet.

I brought more fruits with me to the office and knowing what to expect, I got through it much easier than I had expected.

Basically, I lost 8.three pounds that time.

Third Cycle (Current)

I’m still on my 8th day of the third cycle of the diet. Still losing pounds just by sticking to the diet, no other exercise involved and in less than three rounds, I lost 23.7 pounds!
