Well, like me you could hit the gym 6 times a week and only eat the foods you know you should. Or you should try a reputable diet and one thats recieved alot of press during the last year is named ‘Fatloss 4 Idiots’.
Friends, family and most importantly, clients have asked me all about it, so I combined my love of writing with a love of all things fitness, into this review of the product.

Some might have an idea that this diet is like most others that ‘work’. You simply eat bugger all, and hit the gym 4 times a week and that weight piles off. What I didnt like about Fatloss 4 idiots
-The website design is a little bit ’salesy’ and shows ugly pictures and bright colours, which puts me off a little. But lets be honest, if the diet works, twhy worry how its packaged.
-In additon to the diet calculator, perhaps an exercise plan function would be beneficial. I have informed this area of concern to the publishers. Depends if your into exercise or you arnt…
What i really liked about fatloss 4 idiots
-Fat Loss 4 Idiots has an awesome diet meal calculator that works out all the meals for you. Theres so many choices built in, that it would be near impossible to ever get bored. The choice is awesome. Stick to it, dont mix it to heavily from what the calculator tool shows you!
-Theres a great 11 day reward time of 3 days, that lets you cut loose on yum treats for keeping up the 11 day progress. It makes you feel good and feel motivated.
-The program is nice and simple. Should you want to understand the metabolism and calorie shifting, you sure can, however you can also just get on with it, without the jargon. Its layout and ease of use is unparalleled.
