Hello, I’m Helen Palmer and I want to introduce you to Mum’s Weight Loss Program.

I came across Club Fit Yummy Mummy in January 2008 after having returned from my Christmas holiday in a state that can only be described as having indulged in too many delectable mince pies and scrummy Port wine!

Searching for a weight loss program that would allow me to get fit as much as anything, (in a state of denial about the food aspect!) I liked that I could do the exercises at home without having to spend time traveling to the gym, time at the gym and without a lot of expensive gym equipment.

The bonus that the exercises should only take 1 hour 30 per week, spread out over the week in either 3 or 6 sessions definitely appealed to the stressed, pressed-for-time Mum of two teenage boys.

Over the months what I have found is a wonderful community of like-minded women only too happy to help, encourage and applaud your success.
